What I Currently Offer
Vinyasa Yoga
This is a class for all levels of experience with plenty of options to add strength and find ease.
The term "Vinyasa" means movement through breath. The connection and synchronisation between movement and breathing. I often cue for people to allow the breath to fit into the movement.
The general flow of the class usually begins either seated or lying down. Then slowly becoming more dynamic, with some options for stronger postures, then calming down with some deeper stretches before finding the final resting posture "Savasana."
Something I express strongly in my classes is that EVERYTHING IS OPTIONAL. Make the practice your own.

Power Yoga
This style of yoga is based on the Ashtanga practice, the difference being unlike the Ashtanga practice where you practice a set sequence each time Power Yoga though following a similar pattern has no set sequence so each class varies and uses different postures each time.
Still focusing on the breath, the Ujjayi breath if you choose to, moving through a warm up, sun salutes, then a standing sequence, seated then supine finishing sequence. Probably some previous yoga experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Beginners/Foundation Yoga
This runs a similar sequence to a Vinyasa class. However clients are encouraged to spend more time getting to know their body and creating space. The class takes a slower pace, options for building strength and depth are offered but there are plenty of opportunities to take rest.

Gentle Flow
These classes take a much slower pace often only including seated and laying postures. Some of these stretches and shapes can be deep and intense but the practitioner gets plenty of time to get there slowly rather than rushing to full depth straight away. We hold these postures for a little longer than in a Vinyasa class but not as long as a Yin practice. Focusing on the quality of the breath throughout the practice, aiming to achieve a sense of calm and presence in the moment.
Definitely a nice practice to do after a long busy day.

Yoga Nidra
NSDR (non sleep deep rest). A relaxation and meditation process where you can find deep rest without falling asleep. Usually you will be directed through a body scan or another concentration process where the brain gets the opportunity to drop into the lower frequencies. We spend most of our waking time in Beta, Yoga Nidra allows you to drop into the lower frequencies. It is believed the brain whilst in these deeper states is more capable of healing the body and mind. There may be affirmations, hearts desire type thoughts (Sankalpa) encouraged in the Nidra allowing the practitioner to bring these hearts desires to fruition whilst in the deeper state of consciousness.
